Returns Policy: What You Need to Know

Once Opened and Mixed, Products Cannot Be Returned or Replaced:

The Herbal Hair Care Combo involves mixing the oils and herbal ingredients, creating a custom formulation. For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns once the bottles are mixed

Returns Eligibility

  • To qualify for a return, the entire combo (herbs and oil bottles) must be unused, unopened, and in its original brand packaging.
  • All accessories, including the herbal mix bottle and oil bottles, should be intact and undamaged.
Non-Eligible Returns:
    • Products that have been opened, used, or mixed together are not eligible for return or replacement.

    Replacement Policy: Damaged or Defective Products

    • If the product you receive is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
    • Email our support team at [ ] with your order details and photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund after verifying the issue.
    • In case of any discrepancies, the product must remain in its original packaging, and you may be asked to return the defective item.
    Refund Process for Approved Returns
    • If your return request is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 working days.
    • For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer or store credits, based on your preference.
